If this is your first time renting with us, or a returning customer, we wish you a warm welcome!


Here are the steps needed to secure your garage:

1. We always recommend you view the garage to ensure it’s a suitable location for your needs. You can visit any of our locations up close beforehand with our prior agreement.

2. If you’re satisfied with the location, please fill in the following information to help us prepare your Rental Agreement (aka License Agreement) before meeting:

3. At the point of key handover, we will need from you:

– Two forms of ID. One with home address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement etc..). And one with Photo ID (Passport or Driving License)

Plus..

– Fully refundable key/security deposit, equivalent to two months rental payment**

Plus..

– The first month’s rental payment. This will be pro-rata’d if the rental starts after the first week of the month.



NOTE: Please be assured, no payment is due, nor commitment on your side until you’re satisfied on proceeding at key handover. Should you not wish to proceed, we will delete all our data on you, aligning with our GDPR commitments.

**Deposit payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
